We are proud to participate in the Medicare Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS), a government initiative designed to provide eligible children under 18 with access to essential dental services at no cost. Myobrace®
The Myobrace® system is preventive pre-orthodontic treatment that focuses on addressing the underlying causes of crooked teeth, often without the need for braces or extraction of teeth. Myobrace® embraces our holistic approach to preventive orthodontic treatment, as it allows for natural growth and development of a child’s mouth and jaw.
This treatment is aimed towards children ages 3 to 15. The Myobrace® appliance itself is a removable piece of medical-grade silicone blend that sits between the upper and lower teeth, similar to a grinding mouthguard. It is meant to be worn for a couple of hours each day, as well as overnight.
